For the Physics Science GCSE you will study seven modules - Paper 1 - (P1, P2 and P3), Paper 2 (P4, P5 and P6) and Paper 3 (P7 and Ideas in Context). You will be examined in these modules by three exams in the Winter (January/February) and the Summer (May/June). These exams give you 66.7% of your marks.

You will also complete coursework during the course, this is either a data analysis based on a class experiment that you have done and a case study of a science topic in the media that interests you or a whole investigation.
